A $6M renovation and expansion was required for this rapidly expanding congregation. The building program included a 2-story education wing with 21 classrooms. Total floor space for the completed project is 80,000 square feet.
Bethel Lutheran Church

R.W. Setterlin was selected by Bethel Lutheran Church for their 9,000 square foot renovation/expansion project, which includes building a new sanctuary, gathering space, music room, restrooms and renovate the existing office space.
Advent Lutheran

This 11,000 square foot addition met the needs of a growing parish. The addition included a new sanctuary, additional classrooms, a fellowship hall, and parking. Extensive value engineering techniques were used to reduce overall project costs by 27%
First Presbyterian Church

This $1.4M project was designed at a larger budget than the church could afford. Setterlin brought the budget down 33% by utilizing design-build and value engineering techniques. The 10,000 square foot church was built in less than 8 months.
Proctor Conference Center

Setterlin craftsmen built this charming structure for the Episcopal Church as part of its 27,000 square foot conference center expansion. The Chapel received the Honor Award from the Columbus Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
