Grant Riverside

R.W. Setterlin served as the construction manager for this renovation project. The project included various tenant improvements and space for doctors offices.
Mount Carmel Medical Center
811 Mount Carmel Mall Columbus, OH Mount Carmel Health owner
This six-story expansion included exam rooms, a new lobby, trauma center, radiology department, intensive care unit, catheterization lab, patient rooms and offices. R.W. Setterlin served as the general trades contractor.
The Ohio Health Rehabilitation Center is part of the network of outpatient facilities for Ohio Health. The renovations to the 25,000 square foot rehabilitation center facilitate patient speech, occupational, and physical therapy.
Friendship Village

R.W. Setterlin Building Company was hired to improve and remodel the many corridors connecting the long term care facility. The project combined careful planning and value engineering to come in $250,000 below budget.
O'Bleness Memorial Hospital
55 Hospital Drive Athens, OH 45701 O'Bleness Memorial Hospital owner
R.W. Setterlin Building Company completely renovated the 18,000 square foot maternity wing located on the first and second floors of the hospital. Working while the hospital remained in operation, the project was completed in nine months.
