This 275,000 square foot warehouse expansion was a design-build project. It utilized extensive value engineering to lower the project budget by over $2M. To keep the project on schedule, Setterlin developed a unique method of pouring concrete.
Rickenbacker Air Cargo Terminal I

This 22' high office/warehouse structure was built to be very flexible so that many different tenants can be accommadated. It is also built to be very durable with solid concrete walls and loading docks. The building can house up to 14 tenants.
Rickenbacker Air Cargo Terminal II

The 58,000 square foot building is located in Rickenbacker Industrial Park. The 22' high building can handle up to 12 tenants and cost less than $30 per square foot.
Rickenbacker Air Cargo Terminal III

This 40,000 square foot structure is built to accommodate 10 tenants in Rickenbacker Industrial Park. The cross-dock building has 13 loading docks on the street side and 10 oversize docks on the runway side.
Columbus Dispatch

R.W. Setterlin was hired to build an expansion for the Dispatch to accommodate the rapid growth of its weekly neighborhood newspaper and its "The Bag" coupon business.

The Limited World Headquarters and Distribution Center is located at I-270 and Morse Road in
Columbus, Ohio. Built in three phases, the total size is roughly over 3,000,000 SF.
Buckeye Steel Castings

This pre-engineered metal building includes 15 ton overhead cranes on special runway beams and rails. R.W. Setterlin built special foundations to accommodate the heavy loads imposed by the structure. High level finishes make it a show place for customers.
