Washington Twp Town Hall & Fire Administration

R.W. Setterlin completed the renovation of the Washington Township Town Hall & Fire Administration Building including a 2-story office and 1-story warehouse. Also, an addition of a live fire training structure was completed.
North Bank Park

This developed park in Downtown Columbus includes an amazing $1.5M glass-enclosed pavilion overlooking the Scioto River. The upscale pavilion and concession stand has a 150-person capacity, and comes complete with a caterer's kitchen to facilitate events
South Campus Gateway

Lazelle Woods Community Center

R.W. Setterlin completed a 30,000 square foot one-story community and recreation center. Facilities include gymnasium, fitness center, game room, kiln room, stage, classrooms, computer room, offices, locker rooms and a kitchen.
Berwanger Overmyer

R.W. Setterlin completed an office addition to the corporate headquarters for Columbus' leading insurance agency which they originally built in three phases in 1989.
Ohio State Medical Association Offices

It's new 37,000 square foot headquarters incorporated many small finishing details to achieve the architect's vision. A showcase in high-quality craftsmanship, it received an AGC Build Ohio Award nomination.
Beautiful colors, simple shapes and natural wildlife patterns fill the lobby of the Zoo headquarters building. A gifted architect, talented Setterlin craftsmen, superintendents and project managers, make this an inspiring workplace for the Columbus Zoo.
Positioned on the bank of the Scioto River, Water's Edge Event Park is a peaceful retreat. The park consists of four shelter houses, a restroom building, and the development of 75,000 s.f. of landscape for special events at the Columbus Zoo.
Proctor Conference Center

Setterlin craftsmen built this charming structure for the Episcopal Church as part of its 27,000 square foot conference center expansion. The Chapel received the Honor Award from the Columbus Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
This 75,000 square foot renovation turned a concrete warehouse into an open, high-tech structure. Exposed roof structures, skylights and galvanized metal create an ideal space for technology companies. The project was an AGC Build Ohio Award Finalist.
