Buckeye Rural Electric Corp.

R.W. Setterlin converted an abandoned school into modern corporate offices. Major structural renovations were required to accommodate the service department's space needs. A new standing seam metal roof and converted exterior facade were constructed.
Columbus Distributing

R.W. Setterlin performed the demolition of warehouse space for sales offices and the addition of an executive office wing.
Worthington United Methodist Church

Madison County Hospital

Setterlin performed massive renovations to this hospital while occupied. The team's family and specialty physicians manage more than 50,000 patients each year. The project included a new entrance, maternity wing, surgery suites, and offices.
Worthington Christian Church

A $6M renovation and expansion was required for this rapidly expanding congregation. The building program included a 2-story education wing with 21 classrooms. Total floor space for the completed project is 80,000 square feet.
Grover Center

The renovation and expansion of Grover Center, home to the College of Health and Human Services, was awarded the "Best Building Renovation" by the Athens News and was a 2001 Build Ohio Award Nominee. Only a visit to the building itself could describe it.
Washington Twp Town Hall & Fire Administration

R.W. Setterlin completed the renovation of the Washington Township Town Hall & Fire Administration Building including a 2-story office and 1-story warehouse. Also, an addition of a live fire training structure was completed.
Ohio Peace Officer's Training Academy-Phase 3

The Ohio Peace Officers Training Academy project included demolition of an existing pre-cast concrete wall system and installation of a 30,000 sq ft metal siding wall system and a 2,000 square foot one-story addition.
Athena Theater

R.W. Setterlin completed a theater renovation that helped save Athens only local cinema. Improvements included new interior finishes and seating, handicapped accessibility, restoration of original façade, a new concession stand, restrooms and elevator.
The Dairy Barn

R.W. Setterlin Building Company renovated the interior of the Dairy Barn's loft to include offices and a studio. The project was completed while the facility remained in operation.
Reptile Building

Franklin Park Expansion

The Ohio Health Rehabilitation Center is part of the network of outpatient facilities for Ohio Health. The renovations to the 25,000 square foot rehabilitation center facilitate patient speech, occupational, and physical therapy.
Friendship Village

R.W. Setterlin Building Company was hired to improve and remodel the many corridors connecting the long term care facility. The project combined careful planning and value engineering to come in $250,000 below budget.
Beightlor Armory

R.W. Setterlin did a complete renovation of existing facilities. Exterior parking, landscaping, interior renovation, new restroom facilities, new windows, painting and flooring were all part of this project.
Schiller Park Recreation Center

This historical structure has been expanded and renovated many times over the past hundred years. The most recent renovation of the recreation center was completed by R.W. Setterlin Building Company under a fixed price.
Kingsdale Shopping Center

Renovations to this neighborhood shopping center included new entries, a clock tower, awnings, signage, painting and lighting. Renovations resulted in its return to occupancy.
