Addendum #2 Posted 1/26/12 This building is approximately 31,000 sq ft of roof tear-off and replacement; there is also restoration work including masonry and concrete façade repairs, new generators, a pre-engineered metal gas shed, fence work, limited landscaping, and a new lightning protection system for the Ohio State Highway Patrol Academy, Columbus, Ohio. The work is prevailing wage.

This is a Design/Build pre-engineered metal building approximately 30,000sf including a 2,000sf office and a 28,000sf warehouse.

This first phase of a multiphase renovation project will relocate the Scripps College of Communications into the existing Baker Hall. Phase I includes 47,699 s.f. of renovation/addition of mostly office and administrative spaces. Phase II will most likely overlap the Phase I project and Mechanical systems for Phase I will include infrastructure work for the additional phases. Project will be under a single prime contract with the owner citing the new delivery method under Construction Reform.

Interior demolition and renovation of existing science labs located within six different high schools. Work to include demolition, asbestos abatement, lab casework, doors/frames/HW, MS/DW/ACT, painting, flooring, and furnishings.
A renovation and addition to the existing Martin Luther King Performing and Cultural Arts Complex which includes: Exterior parking lot improvements, site fencing, the addition of a single story masonry storage room, interior ceiling replacements, emergency lighting upgrades, replacement of heating and air conditioning through wall units, through wall unit controls upgrades, replacement of air handlers (propose method of getting unit into lower level), new interior gallery lighting, power panel relocation and the installation of a artifacts shelving unit in the lower level. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.

Ground up New Town Hall center 4200 sq ft. Site will be demoed by others. This project is Prevailing Wage and tax exempt. The project contains site work, brick, concrete, wood framing, drywall, millwork, standing seam metal roof, HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, ceramic tile, and carpeting.
This is a TI of approximately 8500 sq ft consisting of demolition of existing storefront, ceilings, flooring, bollards, doors and some plumbing. The rework will include new ceilings, storefront, flooring, counters, metal studs & drywall, hvac, electric, fire protection.
