Setterlin Moves Into LEED Headquarters

R.W. Setterlin Building Company has moved its operations to their new LEED registered headquarters located at 560 Harmon Avenue, Columbus, OH 43223

The move was two fold for the organization.  The company experienced personnel growth over the last decade and needed more space for their organization to operate at maximum capacity.  Mark Setterlin, Executive Vice President, also sees an opportunity to be a leader in the industry, "We had an opportunity to take advantage of being the leader in sustainable building.  By building our headquarters green we understand the challenges and can help other owners build their buildings  by LEED standards."
