As your building partner, we have committed to LEED by building our new offices using sustainable practices. We have recently been awarded LEED GOLD certification by the United States Green Building Council.

Caring about the environment is nothing new for us. The Setterlin family has been a long time supporter of environmental organizations and causes. As part of this effort, over 80% of Setterlin’s management personnel are LEED accredited professionals.

We believe that by building our offices and warehouse using LEED criteria we are able to share our lessons learned. The process is not simple and it is unique for each building, but having a process makes for a smoother experience
